Tour guide recruiting:
- Identification and recruitment of highly qualified tour guides
- Reviewing applications and conducting interviews
- Ensuring that all tour guides have the necessary qualifications and licenses
Tour Guide Placement:
- Assignment of appropriate tour guides to the planned tours and trips
- Manage and update tour guide database
- Ensuring tour guides are familiar with the requirements of each trip
Software management:
- Efficient use and management of the Guide Cockpit to place tour guides
- Training and supporting tour guides in using the Guide Cockpit
- Regular updating of information in the Guide Cockpit
Customer communication:
- First point of contact for customer inquiries regarding tour guides and their availability
- Provide customers with information about assigned tour guides
Tour guide management:
- Monitor tour guide performance and provide feedback and training as required
- Ensuring that all administrative tasks related to tour guides are completed properly
Quality assurance:
- Conduct quality checks and feedback rounds with tour guides and customers to improve service quality
