Tour guide recruiting:

  • Identification and recruitment of highly qualified tour guides
  • Reviewing applications and conducting interviews
  • Ensuring that all tour guides have the necessary qualifications and licenses

Tour Guide Placement:

  • Assignment of appropriate tour guides to the planned tours and trips
  • Manage and update tour guide database
  • Ensuring tour guides are familiar with the requirements of each trip

Software management:

  • Efficient use and management of the Guide Cockpit to place tour guides
  • Training and supporting tour guides in using the Guide Cockpit
  • Regular updating of information in the Guide Cockpit

Customer communication:

  • First point of contact for customer inquiries regarding tour guides and their availability
  • Provide customers with information about assigned tour guides

Tour guide management:

  • Monitor tour guide performance and provide feedback and training as required
  • Ensuring that all administrative tasks related to tour guides are completed properly

Quality assurance:

  • Conduct quality checks and feedback rounds with tour guides and customers to improve service quality
